After ordering online and printing confirmation, I received 5 phone calls requesting my credit card information AGAIN...from different people at different phone numbers!

None of them gave me the original website http address (where I placed the order)

Ordered product for shipping only, did not see any fine print regarding paying $87.13 after 15 days, or automatic reorder and another charge of $87.13 after 3 weeks! Would not allow me to return product even though I cannot take due to medical condition which was also not revealed in advertisement!

Yes- what a scam- $90 for a miracle pill I think not- customer service sucks they mail you absolutely no directions with the product and it is 14 days from the date you order the product? not from when they decide to ship it then they charge my credit card within 10 days to make sure they got $$$ before I cancel. ridiculous go to Walgreens or any other drug store they have the same stuff for a fraction of the price and hassle

on 2/13/09 I orderd the free trial of the acai berry detox. On 3/13/09 and it still has not been sent. I Called 1866-949-0138 to get someone to answer you have to push #3 then #0. They gave me a tracking # and told me eather usps or ups will ship it. I checked the Tracking # on both sites wile costemer service was on the phone and nothing came up they told me they dont know why and told me all they can do is check the usps and ups .I told them what is the diffrence if you do it or I do she she tryied to chang the subject and " said Im sorry" and asked to comferm the shiping address, I did and everything was right. They said the will send a paper to the shiping department and send it again. It is 4/3/09 and still nothing so i called agian. this time they comfermed the shiping adress first and said they forgot to put (ST.) on the address. The last time i called it was therewas "ST. at the end of the street name. I have canceled the order they will not refund the shiping and handeling because they said if they do the prosess even if it does not get sent they will not refund these costs. THIS IS A SCAM!!!CBS should not be vouching for a company that scames people or who i going to trust what they say.

As many others I have since discovered with this company, the 30 day back guarantee is falsely advertised and is really only a 14 day guarantee from the day you order. If like me, you don't receive the product for 10 days, you only have 4 days to evaluate the "wonder" product. The customer service is ridiculous.
