I ordered by email the Acai Pure Trial as
advertised for FREE. I only have to pay $4.95 for shipping.

I have received Hoodiburst Gun which is $9.95 and Hoodiawatr (1 unit) which is $29.95 for a total order or $44.85.

I WILL NOT pay $44.85. I am willing to pay $4.95 but need to hear from you in order to send the unwanted materials back.

I signed up for a free trial of Acai Pure for $4.95 which represented shipping and handling only. When the package arrived it contained the free trial I ordered plus a package of Hoodiburst Gum and Hoodiwater which I did not order. In lieu of the one item I ordered for $4.95, I received three items amd they chanrged my credit card $44.85 in lieu of $4.95.

I can't get hold of them by phone or thru their e-mail site. I've contacted the credit card company and placed the matter in dispute, and due to the amount of similar complaints on this web site, I'm contacting the District Attorney in Pinellas County and bringing charges of Credit card Fraud, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for charges of interstate fraud.

I ordered a free trial and recived tso products unordered that cost $44.95. Totally outrageous.

How can I get m y money back.

sent for trial of acai pure & was sent two products I never ordered & card charged $44.85 instead of free for acai pure with s&d @$4.95--unable to get through to customer service.

I orded the same sample of Acai Pure was only surpose to be billed for shipping, received the water and gum and a bill for 44.85 . I called my credit card they said I could disupt the charge They contacted The company and handled the problem.
