My name is Denise Navarro and I be charge for a amounto of money for this products, I be calling the company but nobody answer the phone or they let you on hold for a long time, a few weeks ago I return a product because I'm not satisfaced with them, but before that they were charging to my account a lot of money with out my autorization, the followins charges was; 11/26/08 for $88.62, on 12/02/08 for $39.95, on 12/16/08 for $94.57 and on 12/17/08 for $ 44.90. My question how can they do that with out my authorization and who is going to return me that money.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - no such thing as a "FREE TRAIL" WHAT A SCAM... Must Read before using this company! Ordered the "Free" trial of Acai Pure for $4.95 shipping fee only. Found that my debt card was charged a total of $44.85... then when the product finally arrived, they had included Hoodiburst Gum $9.95 and Hoodiwater 1 unit $29.95... I never ordered either of these... only wanted to try the Acai Pure! Attmpted to call the phone number on my statement, but was never able to get through. So I emailed them through the "support" website. No one responed. After much frustration, decided that it was a lesson learned... never will do this again! So sick over all of this have not even tried the product!!! Then after all of this, to add insult to injury... another charge showed up on my debt card for $39.95. Had my bank stop payment and begin firing off emails to the support website again telling them that I canceled my order and was stopping payment. Someone finally responded only to tell me that they did cancel my order, the $39.95 charge was for the Acai Pure. Unknown to me, somewhere in the fine print... which I did not see... it stated that if I didn't return any unused portion within 30 days, I would be billed $39.95 for the Acai Pure. So what started out as a $4.95 free trail... ended up costing me $84.80! Checked with the BBB and found that this company gets an "F" too many complaints about issues as this. Boy how I wish I would have checked it out first... The Arizona Attorney General has filed suit against this company for their shady practices! BUYER BEWARE... Stay away from this company!!!

I ordered a trial size product for which I was charged $4.95 and when it arrived there were two other products which I did not order and was charged $44.85. I don't want these products, I did not order these products and I want to return them immediately for a full refund. I have instructed my credit card company not to pay these charges ever again and I think you are the l0west of the low common frauds going. You are despicable blood suckers and deserve back exactly what you do to honest people. How do you live with yourselves, you scum of the earth. May every illegal and indecent thing you've done to others come back to you threefold.

Give me the information I need to return the crap that you're selling to honest people.

After an internet Inquiry, I received a phone call asking me to try Acai Pure, it would be shipped within 3-5 days (order date 11/6/08) and I could get a 14 day supply for only shipping & handling of $4.95. If I cancelled within the 14 day trial time I would not be charged $39.95 for the next 30 day supply. I had not received the product by 11/20/08 and I was going to be away from home for a couple of weeks so I called 1-888-692-8352 only to be advised that the hold time would be 65 minutes so I went to an automated voice and cancelled my subscription to the product. Today, December 5, 2008 I find that there is a pending charge from the company for $39.95. My order # was 1553458. I insist that this charge be removed from my Visa and no further charges be made. I find their way of doing business extremely unethical.

I ordered Acai Pure Trial and was only suppose to pay for shipping of $4.95 and was charged $44.85 so they overcharged me $39.90. I've tried to call several times and you always get the same message that the wait time is 80 + minutes. I've waited over that and still no one answers. I want me credit card credited right away.
