After recieving product and seeing the cost I decided I did not want it. I attempted to call the number several times and was always placed on hold for a lengthy amount of time. There were no instructions on how to return the product so I packaged it through UPS and returned to the address on the receipt along with my account number. I continued to call several times, recieved 2 more bottles, and then on 5/27 I spoke someone. I explained that I wanted my account cancelled and that I had already returned 4 bottles and had 2 more to send. I had a very hard time understanding the woman through her accent but at no time did she say there would be a problem with a refund. Over the next 4 weeks I recieved no more products but never recieved refund.
I called on 6/15 and spoke to a man. He told me my account was already closed and I did not return the product in the correct manner. I was supposed to get a return # first. He offered to refund me 50% with $40.00. I told him 50% would be more like $250.00. I also told him I had a UPS receipt to show that I returned the bottles and it has a tracking number. Returning the product, is returning the product period. I am entitled to a refund. I told him to send it back and then I will call him for a return number. In the end he said he would escelate it up and I would recieve and email.
