TICKED OFF
I came in to purchase a Mitsubishi 60 in TV for 594.00 ABC in Flint mi. didnt have any, the sales person said they were substituting a different mitsubishi TV 60in with better speakers for 100.00 more that was OK. My credit didnt go through, I said Id have to come back with my Visa. He said he would be in on that Wed., to come back & he would take care of me. I came back to get the optional TV, the salesperson I had originally talked to wasnt there & wasnt going to be, I told this salesperson that I talked to then the situation, He looked the TVs up then told me sorry all the TV that came in were all picked up because they were ordered on t Tues. So I asked him if he could order 1 for me. He no I cant do anything for you. I was pissed & he was rude & inconsiterate, I mean I was told to come back to the store, not that I should order 1, & then come back .I think you people need to make me happy with the TV I was told I could get. I would have written sooner but I didnt know I could do this. The more I think about this the more pissed I get, plus I let my son put my own TV out to the garbage cause it needed to be fixed. I dont have a TV now. I know thats not your fault of course.

Sexual harrasment
My husband and I went to ABC warehouse on Monroe st. in Sylvania, Ohio 43560. We were looking for a 50" LCD t.v.. The salesman slash manager that helped us was so disrepectful. I felt very uncomfortable how he was talking to me. My husband walked away to look at another t.v. and the salesman told me that I could get a better deal if I would have came in alone. What is that suppose to mean? My husband wandered off again and the salesman/manager asked for my personal cell phone number so we can disscuss a better deal over lunch. Is this how ABC warehouse discounts? I am doing everything in my power to keep my husband from going up there to "TALK" to Matt the salesman/manager. I don't want my husband to go to jail for doing something stupid cause ABC warehouse employees are crude. My husband has already contacted a few lawyers since i wouldnt let him handle it his way. So to all the husbands out there: If you go to this ABC warehouse and your salesman/manager is Matt cech, Don't leave your wifes side!!!

Un-Professional
Yesterday while shopping at the Lansing Store, I heard the manager Greg, verbally yelling the "f" word at employees. This is a manager that would never work in my company. How unprofessional!! I felt sorry for the employees, especially for one young man that seemed to be getting the full force of the swear words. At one point we thought that Greg was going to strike out. If your managers are this unprofessional, there is no way your treatment of customers is going to be any better. I would be afraid to have a problem with a purchase, I am sure that if Greg handled that problem I would be subject to his unprofessional behavior and I would not have the same restraint as that young man.

I puchased a Home Theater System this month from the Warren store, 10 mile & Van Dyke. As I opened the box I relized the system had been opened, there was batteries in the remote and all the plastic was off. So i took it back to the store as the young salesman had promised me it was not a used system and they had no more in the store.So we took it home the next day my husband spent 3 hours running wires and setting it up to find a DVD in the system. So i called and talked to the manager and was told to keep the one we had and he would order us a new one and it would be in by Wensday. Wensday it was not there and was told we would have to wait until Friday or we could drive to another store a pick it up.I feel this was so rude, I also work in retail and i know not all customers are right but if i knew by Wensday that the merchandise was not there, my company would have had someone within the store to go pick it up and have it in the store for the customer. Iwill not shop the Warren store again, Best Buy will get my money.

Employees and products are faulty
I received the worst customer service from the sales man at ABC warehouse. I went in to purchase a TV for my mother and she randomly mentioned that I knew a little about the latest flat screens. This information was greeted with sarcasm and thrown back in my face by several other salesmen. At no point in time was I rude to them. Since when is being informed a crime. My mother really wanted the TV that we picked so I purchased it anyway. I returned to her house and helped her set it up, it doesn't work. I am disgusted.

Livonia Store Incident
I visited the store in Livonia on 2-10-2011 to purchase a television, I asked the salesman did the store take checks he said it depended on the check sequence #. I decided on a television and proceded too write a check for my purchase, the salesman tells me that they can take my check, but they couldn't release the television too me until the check cleared!!! He never made any attempt too call telecheck or his manager, I've NEVER heard of a business doing such thing. I am a ABC warehouse shopper and this incident is unacceptable.

Uselessness and Rude people
I bought an efficeny washer from ABC 1 year and 2 weeks ago. It was $1, 000 and is not working. I have water stuck in it which smells very badly. No one in the warranty department felt like coming in yesterday so I was unable to contact service which is contracted through another company. That company was in so I didn't need to wait. I finally received a callback today and worked it out with the service company. I called 248-335-4222 and spoke to a receptionist that just kept trying to give me the 800 number I called all day yesterday. I asked her name, she refused. She hung up on me. THIS IS THEIR HEADQUATERS. I spoke to Greg, store manager at Livonia and he was also rude. He thought it was ok for me not to be able to discuss the repair situation or get a name or idea number for the rude mystery receptionist. Why did I pay $100 for an extended warranty when I am just treated badly. BOO ABC WAREHOUSE. I will never buy from you again. Shame on you for such bad service and lack of interest. I guess once the sale is made they really don't care.

Horrible customer service
Purchased a 58 inch Samsung Plasma TV on Dec 02, 2010 and on Jan. 20, 2011 tv set is dead no picture no audio. Contacted the store was given a 1 800 number to call which I did was told maybe in 7 to 14 days can get someone to take a look at before any decision can be made. Called the Cooperate Office at 10 am the next morning got the run around was told the Regional Manager (Rob Rochetti)was going to contact me prior to work day end. Well believe it on not no call (big surprise) when contacted the Corporate Office again was told he was in the field and there is no way to contact him (no cell phone for a regional manager). Bottom line stay away from ABC Warehouse this is coming from a customer who has purchased from the same store for the past 15 years . I will never go back or refer anyone...

Scam
Price will bring a customer into a business but it is good customer service that will bring them back.
This is the second time we have been dissappointed in ABC Warehouse service. Both times regarding installation of remote start on a vechile.
The first time (a few years back) we were scheduled for an installation, arrived to be told it was impossible as their service guy NEVER works on the day we thought we were scheduled. We insisted they check the appointment book, and there we were - right where we told them we were scheduled. They back peddled, said it was a new person, etc. We demanded a refund.
We decided to give them another chance at a recently opened new location. Bought and paid for in advance the remote start and installation. Called the day before like we were asked to do. Was told to be there at 10:00am, first come first served, but would be no problem as there would be 2 technicicans working that day. Arrived early, waited outside the door for them to open - was the first one in the department and was told they would not have time. We drove 2 vechiles (so we could leave my car) wasting gas at 3.00 a gallon, and our time. They said that people were waiting that dropped off yesterday...excuse me - they do not use an appointment book and we were told - it would be no problem. I expressed how unhappy I was and that this was not the first time this had happened to us. Our salesman, (who was very nice to us - not his fault) tried to get the service tech to do our car as we were willing to leave it until the close of business...and no go - service guy said he had to leave early that day!!!11
What kind of service is this?? I will return to have my remote installed, but I will never go back and I will tell anyone that listens how unhappy I am with this company.
