I have been renting a computer from Aaron's since March. I have always made my payments on time. I was short the 1st of June and I called and talked to DeMarko and he said they had a policy for people that qualified them for a holiday agreement. I had him explain that it is I would be covered until the 15th of June. i said that would work. he asked when I could come in and I said remember I have no transportation so he said oh then we can bring the paperwork so you can sign it. Well, he never came so i called and Tony the mnanager answered and said they dont have anything like that until you have rented from them for 4 months well I have rented from them since march. To get to the point he said either bring the money in or the computer gets picked up. I am doing online classes for my education and I dont appreciate threats. I had my husband take the 30.25 into them on the 4th anyways it was tuesday. Now I want to be given something in return for the way I was talked to and misinformed. I feel I should be given at least 2 weeks free. There is no reason I should be treated like this. Sincerely Rhonda Reaves
