	Titan November 21, 2009 Techs I have had a problem with my refrigerator since October. I got 2 Sears Techs who are very discrimatory, and asked me to defrost my fridge for 24 hours, which I did 3 times, but has not fixed the problem. The Sears techs are unethical, passed racial comments, and when I complained to A&E, they said that the Sears techs don't want to come back because they are not paid to do the job! A&E is a problem, but the Sears techs are even more of a problem!
	April 8, 2008 Horrible service! A&E Factory is the worst company ever. Always show up after the appoint window time. They do not CARE. They always have to order parts which takes another week or so. Then that means another appointment, another 4 hours from the job. They should be forced to pay for lost wages.
	January 14, 2008 Never show up as schedule! A& E cheating, offer buy protection agreement, but never show up. They said they don't have enough man to work... Why they ask me to buy service can't come. They are very big excuse lier. Keep say call but no one home. So can't come... I have schedule for three times but no one come yet... so upset... this company.
