Program doesn't work!
I paid for a life time membership and after a year it has stopped working and I am not able to connect. I have tried send my registration number and email address, but it comes back as unknown.

Unable to use 360 Share
I am constantly having problems using my 360 share. I have had 360 for almost 2yrs now and seldom am i able to just sign on and play music, almost every time i have to go into the internet and download 360 share all over again. As far as downloading movies, well thats a whole other story, ive had nothing but problems with that too. If they have a better system in place I would greatly appreciate sending it to me so that I would be able to actually use the option of downloading and burning dvd's. Right now I have utorrent which is what 360 technicians gave to me and it doesn't work worth a sh-t.
Any assistance someone can offer would be appreciated on both matters.

Rip off!
Today I tried to order 360 share and not only did they charge me for software i didn't order, but the program doesn't even work. They leave no way to contact them. It doesn't work and i paid three times the amount i was supposed to.

Poor service!
360 Share worked fine for a number of years. I had no complaints until recently when it just stopped working. Now, no amount of double clicking on the icon will boot up the program. It gets as far as the sign in window then that just disappears and nothing more happens.
I searched on the net and read a comment somewhere that the company is based in Malta, or rather, was based in Malta. After reading the complaints on this complaintsboard,it's beginning to sound like the company has closed down and shut its website services.
I'm planning to try to uninstall the program and install Limewire instead. Here's hoping I can without the useless 360Share interfering.

Not able to download music
I am unable to download music. I renewed my membership in December 2006 and had no problems until I tried to download today. Help!!!

I was scammed and 360 Share doesn't work
I ordered the lifetime unlimited downloads for $26.88 only!! Some how i get a charge on my credit card for $41.00. Somehow a spyware protection fee of $14.00 was also added to my bill making my charge $41.00 yea it's only $41.00 but it's not what i asked for and as a paying customer i expect to get what i pay for but the shit doesn't even work!! I typed in my username and my password and it tells me that it's encountering some difficulties pardon my english but i am extremely pissed off and i demand a refund. I will go through anything that i have to in order to get my refund. I would greatly appreciate it if there was any help that someonecould possibly provide. Thank you, Ashley

360 Share is not accessible!
I have paid twice to this company for share music facilities. My second payment was very recently. Now I cannot log on at all and it is so frustrating, how can they do this it does not seem right or fair in any way.

Unable to contact
I recently renewed my membership with 360 share, but am unable to complete the download and access the services. Because my e-mail address appears as unknown in their data base, I am unable to contact them to find out what to do about this problem. They have charged my checking account for the subscription charges, yet I have paid for a service I can't access. If you can assist in directing me to a contact resource, I would greatly appreciate it.
