Billing
According to the registration, it's a one-off billing. I have since received the registration billing. However, I got another billing as of end of month 0f 46.00AUS$ (I should note that I didn't register for the monthly billing).
I also can't login anymore. My PC had to be rebuilt and I the my login records had not been backuped. How do I get this back. The support site only lets you navigate the on-line support once logged-in.

no downloads
for those looking for a customer service # here it is coded.
1-5-1-4-7-3-3-2-7-2-5. cant beleive it, what a scam, cant download a single thing to my computer, and there is nothing wrong with my computer. like many of you, tried to gain service from another site, and got this one. now I have files that don't run, and computer running very slow. GIVE MY MONEY BACK.

want money refunded
can't contact company to proceed with money back guarantee. There doesn't seem to be anyone who knows how to contact them direct to advise of refund wanted . Have contacted the billing company handling their credit card payments. It is superpay.My limit for refund is running out and I can't even log onto my account to contact anyone.

i got this progarm so i down load song over internet but i can`t down load song now . it let me down load song the first day i got . but now it won`t let me. i pay 23. 65 for it . i want my money back if i can`t the song i want.

it doesn't work anymore
well about two years ago i signed up for this 360 share thing and got the lifetime membership for like twenty six dollars. Now it doesn't even work anymore on my computer, i want my money back, i want a refund or something. This is bull crap i got scammed just like everyone else and the worst part is you can't even get a hold of them

360 doesn't work!
I payed for 360 share approx four month ago an have had several problems with it. It loads up although when i try to download music or anything for that matter it just freezes. I have tried contacting the company but they ask for membership passwords which i was never asked to set up. So now I'm left with a program that 1. Doesn't work and 2. No possible way of getting a refund. What a CON!!!

Scam and cheating!
I downloaded 360 share already twice and both times i paid for a lifetime subscription and both times it worked for a few months and then it stopped working. There is no one to talk to in this company. Please do not pay one cent for this thief's and if anyone reading this complaint has a way of getting to this guys and punish them it would be for the good for the public.

Did not work and now I can not delete
No luck using 360 Share after paying for a life time membership. Gave up and deleted it from my computer. I am not smiling each time the 360 share logo comes up and I cannot delete it. My compter says it is non existent but the smiling logo persist. Any thoughts?

program won't start up
I HAVE USED THIS PROGRAM FOR SOME TIME NOW BUT JUST THESE LAST FEW DAYS I'VE BEEN UNABLE TO START THE PROGRAM NOT MUCH GOOD TO ME AS WHEN I PAID THE ONE OFF SUBSCRIPTION IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOREVER.

Scam and cheating!
I was originally trying to sign with kazaa. 360share appeared, which i thought was a branch of kazzaa. I signed up (lifetime membership) and everything was great for 24 hrs. I was then unable to connect to their website from then on. They even erased the confirmation email they sent to me.
Is there anything that can be done? Plz advise smb!
