The 3500weekly.com Site takes $47.00 from you and ask you to purchase more items. It has information but most of which is directed to purchase additional items from them.
Lets face it - if she is going to tell you how to make money, she/he shouldn't be trying to take it from you.
3500weekly.com is a scam. Bewarned.
