Last month I did not receive a bill for my credit card, then they wanted to charge me a late fee for the thing. I have inquired several times to them about it, and they NEVER answer my question, all they do is go around the question with some bogus crap. I do not recommend this bank at all, as that I have had constant problems with them. 1St Financial Bank of USA is a terrible bank and should be closed down or not have any business at all.
