180 Credit Solutions charged me over $ 600 to repair my credit with a guarantee to repair my credit on 6 months. In the first 2 months I got a credit report showing they disouted a few items, after that I received nothing to indicate that they were still working on my credit. My credit score never went up. I tried to call them so many times and they never answered their phones or called back after they got my money. I sent emails and got 3 vague reponses when they wanted to reply. My so called case manager was rude when I asked her for my money back and made up accounts that they had deleted off my credit report. These accounts were never on there to begin with and when I called her out on it she never responded to another email from me again. They had a so-called guarantee that if you are not satisfied you could get your money back, but after month 4 I tried to get my money back and they kept stringing me along and never honered it.

This company gives credit repair companies a bad name! I reported them to the BBB in Texas and I will hire an attorney because my money is not for free. Greed should be punished. They are dishonest about their guarantee policies and will string you along so that it it harder to get your money back. With credit so important these days, its sad that companies like this prey on the people who need their help.

And also, isn't it illegal to charge up front for credit repair services... I will ask my attorney.
