But our experience with them has been very disappointing. In the last 6 months, since we are hosting our website http://www.halloweencostumesale.com with them, our website has been down collectively for more than 40 hours at different times which is more than 10 times the downtime guaranteed by them.

As long as your website is working their servers are good. But whenever there is any breakdown or any issue or problem to be resolved, it takes more than 12 - 20 hours for their system admins to respond. They have 24/7 live chat support. BUT THEY are good for nothing. They have been only trained to talk sweetly and pass time, but they cannot help you in any way.
