We did three service orders for Mr. Dennis Oleary back in July 2009 in Florida. The total owed to us is $737.15. All three of the services were for Army Recruiting Stations. After jobs were completed he started delaying payment saying that the Army had not payed him and eventually stopped taking phone calls and the last email he responded, he stated that Fantastic Networks was going to close. On craigslist I found an apartment in a perfect area with photos and contact information in Crystal City area. When I contacted the post, the individual explained that they were going through a divorce and moved back to england so they would need a 3rd party person to take care of the contracts and keys. My hot water heater broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called my insurance company and they approved Forstmost Plumbing to come to my house on Monday. Two plumbers showed up and said they could have the special order water heater ordered and installed on Wednesday afternoon and that they'd take the form of payment as personal check, cash or credit card.
