Bought a TomTOm 930T in June of 2010. Signed up online the day I bought it so there was record. 10 months later, the screen is BLACK. Called for warranty. They will not warranty it because the date of manufacture says it was out of warranty. If I can prove I bought it in June 2010, they will fix it. I told them I could show a credit card statement where I bought it from the store, but ti would not show the itemized products. Not good enough. Purchased a computer with my credit card on August 2010. Money was taken from my card, however the computer never was sent. A few months later I got a notice saying they ran out of stock but to submit an email to a new site and it would get sent out. Still never got my order. This was the worst car purchase I have ever experienced. Purchased a car well over two weeks ago and still no sign of delivery of the car, but they have our money. I have received phone calls from these people at work. With names like Officer Rick Henry and Officer Patrick Wilson. In both cases, the Indian accent is so strong you can barely understand what they are saying. Rude, to say the least. Very unpleasant experience with these people. Be sure to have the salespeople put everything in writing. First, the mattress set was delayed for days. Then, when they finally did deliver it, it was not the same as the one in the store. To make a long story short, we were told we could get a full refund, then they reneged and said we’d have to pay a 25% restocking fee and a pick up fee. I spent over $2500 on a Viking Ice Machine (actually it's a Marvell Ice Machine with a Viking logo). These guys a couple of years ago decided not to pay their suppliers and service providers. We are a fairly small firm and it really hurt us. Van Tazma Custom 2050 Sw Hayworth Ave, Port St Lucie, FL 34953. Not a terrible paint job, but could have gone to Maaco for the same result and half the price. Poor attention to detail. Received vehicle back dirty. Orange peels, spots, and runs in paint. They did attempt to correct it, but was unsuccessful. We purchased a International Dt466 from Jasper Engines & Transmissions in July of 2010 for $13, 452.00. The Engine had a massive oil leak coming from the breather tube the moment we started the new engine. We contacted Jasper immediately and they told us to check a couple of things and that maybe the engine had to be broken in and not to call them until it had 100hrs on it. The leak never stopped. They sent us a new engine but never compensated us for the r&r and repairs as they promised they would.
