The first deception was that you were invited to attend a seminar on how you travel. There was NO indication that you'd be walking into a sales pitch. Second, Kirk, (a high energy guy) repeated over and over that no high pressure sales attempts would be made. Money was extracted from our visa card using an unauthorised paypal transaction. Payment made to seller-name ZYNGAMENE, using the same ID number as another complaint on this page; ending 7733. We've had the visa card for a long time with no known problems, but had used Paypal twice in the previous month. One of the transactions was to buy an item from an ebay seller in the USA. Since 2009 I have sent emails to try and cancel my registration with Justanswer. Even after my attempts to cancel, my account was billed (without my authority) $19 three times for a single technical advise on photocopier repairs which I didnt accept in the first place and I want a full refund. This group should be shut down permanently as they are costing me (and others) without good reason. My mom who is close to 90 had an annuity with Genworth for over 20 years. When it came due, they told her they would notgive her another annuity because of her age, she had the option of annuitizing (at no interest ) or cashing out. She choose to cash out to pay medical bills and they threw a $1500 cash out fee at her, eventhough the contract expired. Most of this international calling cards are a rip off. My sisters and I wanted to try out Proactiv. After the first box, we decided we didn't like it. Then, the Proactiv system kept on coming to our house. We kept on writing, "Return To Sender." I bought PaperPort 12 from Fry's Electronics on 03/04/2011 for $59.99 - I tried to instal the software on a computer running Windows XP and it is not installing. My husband purchased an item and was double billed for it. He simply tried to have the unauthorized charge remove. The Manager (the Pakistan man) was so nasty we had to contact the corporate office. When my husband told him he was going to complain to the corporate office he told him he was not allowed back in the store. This is the United States and it DOES NOT work that way. Michael & Son (a heating and plumbing contractor) charged me $455.00 to replace a limit switch (online colst: $26.00) on my furnace in December, then it broke down a couple of weeks later, and another contractor came and told me they hadn't fixed the problem, which was the pump needed replacing. My partner checked into the emergency room with severe pain in his lower right side. He had a cat scan and was told he needed an immediate colonoscopy. I wanted to share my experience at the London Hair company with Candace. I went in looking to add some length to my hair and some volume. She suggested that I try Ultralinks, which are little strands of hair attached to your own hair through a metal ring. The ring is then clamped to “bond” your hair with the ultralinks hair strands. A Better Tomorrow is simply a NIGHTMARE! The intake person paints a picture of a wonderful program, with top notch staff and facility. What they actually delivered to our family was a ram shakle house, with a staff that didn't know which way was up.
