I called Phonak to see if my Hearing Aids were still in warranty. They would not tell me that information. They said I had to go to an audiologist and they would call them.This would cost me $150. The owner of this store in Montreal is a deceiving business man. He tries not to pay his suppliers .He doesn't face them when it is the payment time or to resolve the problem.
