I've had several problems with this supplier in the past: 1. Took 2 months to get a refund on a order they never shipped. 2. I ordered some items from this supplier on 27th Sep 2006. They gave me a tracking number for ems.com.cn one day after. Its now been close to 3 weeks and the tracking number still remains as a NON-STATUS on that website. Calls to EMS has resulted in them telling me there's no such tracking number on hand. I looked at my bank statement yesterday and noticed the above companies had taken out the same amount £19.95 from my account. In no way shape or form did i ever agree to this money being taken out.
