The owner of this company built his entire career around lying and deceiving people. The owners name is Adam Lacerda. He releases press releases about himself to make himself sound ethical but he's not. If... read full review »

This company has from the very beginning ripped us off. We receive fees and penalties when they are not due. We have interest charges that are so high, we could better afford a much bigger house with someone else. Our other complaints are that there is no way to even talk to anyone about our problems. Every time I call to talk to them they say I have yto send a written request to their research department. Once I do a couple weeks later I get a letter saying all is well. The bigger kick in the pants is that shortly after I send the... read full review »

We had to have our floor redone and the contractor said all my problems stem from the contractor not having the floor level before install. DuBois furniture sold my mother in law a recliner. She took delivery and placed the recliner in her sitting room. Some days later she noticed her sitting room had aquired an odor. She investigated and found the smell came from the new recliner. Her daughter called Dubois furniture to try and effect an exchange for another chair. The person at Dubois refused an exchange and offered only a return with a restocking fee of $200.00, 40% of the selling price. read full review »
