Any website supported by Novarista Holdings Ltd are basically scam sites that lure you to order a free product sample and then bill you for something else that you are ordering behind the scene. You are sent an email invioce right away that does not reflect these pending charges. The trial period commences on order completion and only gives you 3 days to cancel. Only on checking your Credit card bill later do you realize that you have been duped. These actions are mentioned only in their "Terms and Condition" statement which is very well kept in the background focus. After ordering a Scotty Cameron putter, where the GolfStoreEurope gives out an expected delivery date of 10 working days I thought it would be a good site. Unfortunately, after multiple mails... no putter delivered. Customer service did not show that they cared and I did not get one answer that gave me indication when the putter would arrive. I received a writ of garnishment. I fully intend to pay it. When I called in to make different arraignments "Andrew" the agent I was speaking to told me that the balance I owed that was presented on the writ was not the balance I actually owed. A dishwasher, purchased new from Conn's had hoes that sprayed water in back of cabinet. When I caught it I called for service. Besides their not taking responsibility for the installation or lack of, which is not longer under warranty, which was their fault in the first place, unless I should go into the appliance repair business. With the new refrigerator's filter asking to be changed, I had bought from Conn's a new backup filter for that occasion. It was not the correct filter. After repeated calls, visits to the store, to their main office in Beaumont I finally found someone, many months later, after giving up on replacing the filter, that refunded my money. The first problem with the furnace (first part of 2011) was the furnace sporadically not shutting off. We’d have to turn the gas valve off at the furnace, then wait for the cool down cycle to finish and turn the breaker off, wait ten seconds and turn it back on. Hal's Radiator Service in Glendale, AZ is absolutely the worst place to take a car. I took mine there to get a new radiator and a few weeks later it overheated and blew my engine. I took it back to Hals and showed him all of the gunk in the radiator (probably stop leak) and he said he didn't do it. He said I must have put it in there. If I just had it replaced & it leaked, I would take it back to him...not put stop leak in it. Cost me an engine & he Hals wouldn't do a thing.
