i took my 7 month old puppy to be nuetered and have his toenails trimmed. the price was quoted as 350 including bloodwork. he was to be left monday night after 6 and picked up tuesday nite after 6. i called a t11 am and was told he was doing just fine but to call before i picked him up. so i called at 530 pm and asked for the total and i would be there to pick him up. they told me the total was 550 some dollars. when i asked for what they told me they pulled 10 of his teeth. i went crazy because i never signed for this procedure and was never notified by the dr. who is also the owner of the hospital. i think they had him mixed up with another dog. read full review »

When we first started our business in 2007, we were looking for a copier with multiple capabilities and shopped around for a bit to find the best deal. We found a dealer in Norfolk called AMERICAN OFFICE SYSTEMS and they sold us a KONICA BIZHUB 250. They said it would do what we wanted. Our leasing was thru DELAGE LANDEN. We were instantly approved.

We rented a car trough the internet via Transavia and pre-payed it at home with iDeal. Arriving at the desk of Holiday Cars at Gatwick Airport we found that they did not give us the car before we gave our creditcard.
We do not own a creditcard so we did not get our car. We pre-payed euro 234, 00 with iDeal. If we wanted another car we had to pay again for the rent of the car and an additional 250 pounds for surety.

On 8/11/2010, I contacted AccuServ to get fee quotes. After talking with the representative, I decided to make an appointment to have my Sony Trinitron, mdl # KV32HS510 diagnosed and repaired. Approx. 5 - 10 minutes after hanging up a repair technician called from AccuServ. He asked if the power led was blinking and if so, how many times? Which I answered, yes. It is blinking mostly 6 times and also 4, 5 and 7 times, intermittantly.

Even now ... years later ... NOTHING has changed. TELUS' customer service continues to be absolutely appalling. Try calling them !!! The "higher than average call volumes" they experience are ROUTINE. Telus is quite simply under-staffing their customer service /tech. support department because their current customers are NOT important to them. Watch their actions - don't listen to their bullshit. I hired Morta Engineering & Testing (M.E.T.) to design a hillside reinforcement plan so I could meet the local building code pertaining to rebuilding a residential outside deck. Daniel Properties will approve anyone for a home, as long as you sign up for their "credit repair" service of which they have you to apply for credit cards to build credit and pay a monthly fee. The option fee is quite steep and after discovering they acquired the home under a foreclosure, the price of the house was far overpriced, had plumbing and mold issues (discovered after a rain storm leaked into the basement we pulled back the carpet and found black mold), electrical issues. I started noticing third billing party on my phone bill. When I called the toll free # 1-800-481-1758 I was advised that this was for music. The only music i download is from Napster and that is when i get enough Coke products rewards to get a song..I was advised by a gentleman that a credit would be issued and not other charges would appear..Now the charge is on my bill again. Brady Katz & White, a Pembroke Florida collection agency, solicited our company for past due debts. Information on a past due account was given but no agreement was ever entered in to by any party. BKW called back some weeks later and stated that the account was located and the responsible party said thanks for the free goods. Our company was told that a settlement could be reached for a lesser dollar value or send over $1500 and the account of the referred could be seized with full asset recovery. I called Lee R. Kobb because I had no heat. They sent over a young kid who obviously didn't know what he was doing, worked for 1/2 hour, and charged me almost $200. He also didn't resolve the problem. He said my vent damper was bad and that he didn't have the part. on April 15, 2011, I stopped in my local Shoppers Drug Mart at Southgate Shopping Centre in Chilliwack, B.C. to pick up a few items. As I was about to check out, there is always a metal shelf that sits in front of the cashiers that have "clearance items". On this rack was several item, and on the bottom shelf there were approx.20-30 boxes of Snack Pack Pudding 12 pack. For a federal program the government does not oversee and administer this service at all. It is simply forgotten and subcontracted to Trac Fone who runs a shoddy program bereft with problems, poor service and unethical policies that take advantage of the poor and disabled. Instead of providing free customer service the user is charged for service calls despite knowing there are limited minutes available and clients would have few if any extra funds for buying more. We found Avi Earl Cohen’s suite at the Fontainebleau Miami on VRBO under the Listing #233418. When we arrived on the 31st we noticed that there were open food containers in the kitchen as well as food in the refrigerator. The first one didn't work, they didn't run my ads though there was nothing obscene. I received no support to help me use the system so canceled within days. They send people that are already in programs or people that tell them to call back because they have no time in other words they try to sell you call backs. And the information they give you is never right. If they can get someone to stay on the phone to transfer it to you they will send it to you knowing that its a terrible lead. We received a shipment from this company (PRO# 1295830173). It was shipped from Orlando, FL ON 05/24/2010, and arrived in Medford on 06/01/2010. We were at the local shipping company within minutes of the shipments arrival, where it was removed from the shippers truck to our vechile. When we opened the crate, extensive damage had been done and pictures were immediately taken and sent to the shipper/Mobile Foods, Inc., in Orlando, Fl.
