Received a check in the mail for 957.16 and requested a greendot card be purchased and the numbers sent to 2 different Fax numbers because they are in the proccess of changing offices. I never asked for a grant of this type and the letter has nothing about a repayment cause it is siupposedly a "GRANT". False... If you cash the check and do not follow thru with the terms they will instantly turn you over to a collection agancey and you have to repay the full amount of the check as well as collection fees... Screwing up any credit you may have. I am forwarding this on to the attorney General for further investigation. read full review »

This entity offers email lists and email campaigns.
I purchased a list, paid for it and it appears to be OK
Then I purchased and paid for email campaign.
I was only able to send test email to couple of my OWN emails.
When I tried to use their email servers for the real email campaign their system kept crushing and NOT completing the task
I sent numerous emails and made several call to technical support. NO helpful response from them.

While working for this magazine I was not paid on time and was never paid for a few jobs, took them to court and settled for a fraction of what they owed me. Then I was treated poorly and my reputation trashed around town. The sales person Sheila Mckormick was the meanest person I have ever dealt with in the profession. Yesterday was April 17 2011. I Brought my vehicle to Canadiantire to check brake, Alternator Bell and Oil change. I left my vehicle there for few hours, after that the auto service department called me and gave me the quote for total 797 dollars. Contractor walked away from the project at the last stage. We had a signed contract outlining the scope of work, payment schedule, time frame, etc, but the contractor never followed the payment schedule and always asked for money without the required amount of work completed. Every time when contractor couldn't get the money he asked for (without required amount of work done), he just stopped working. I am totally unhappy about how I was being treated regarding my recent warranty service order from Andersen Windows. Andersen Windows DO NOT Honor their warranty, they DO NOT Back Up their defected products, which were leaking like crazy. Rain water was leaking through those Andersen Fenchwood sliding door panels, water run on the floor, go over 5 feet into the house. Andersen Windows DO NOT Care about their customers. 6 months after signing a contract with ARI Construction - No work has been done.
ARI Construction promised to start work on our storm damaged home within a few weeks after we signed a contract. Now 6 months later ARI Construction has not started any work.
I have contacted ARI Construction routinely only to hear promise after promise and no follow through. ARI Construction has given me 4 start dates for work to start – with no work done 6 months later.

I talked to Arline at this company to set up an account to sell my timeshare. She told me that for $ 249.00 I could set up the add. When the paper work came through she charged me $798.00 for something I did not agree to. When i tryed to get hold of her they say they are open till 9pm but no one is around to take the call at 8pm. I don't think any of these places do what they say they just want your money. Hundreds of angry filmmakers are getting ready to sue IMDB for their unfair ratings system.
IMDB purposefully places a higher emphasis on those that give the movies a '1' thus bringing down the overall rating.
The median is always higher.
IMDB's rating methods are completely and totally flawed and skewed to favor studio films (their main advertisers) while diminishing the reputation of stellar indie films that have averages in the 3.5 - 6.5 (horrible ratings).

I purchased two phones at the Smoketown Rd store in Woodbridge, Va totaling over 500 dollars. My main concern about purchasing the Muve Phone was the battery life..I was told by the sales rep Joseph that the battery life was better than the LG Optimus because to the music that was not the truth..I have to charge the battery 3 times in one day after making a few short 3 to 5 minute calls..that's with out playing music..I also wanted my number from T-Moble ported was told it would take 3 hrs 4 days went by after I tried calling the Tech... read full review »

A Lady I help care for was recently hospitalized & St Lukes home health was recomended to us to take care of PIC line that was put in due to infection there were also some wounds that we were dealing with they were to also send a bath aide & nutritionist.. I had a hot water tank that was returned to the drop off depot in front of two employees at oldcastle, ontario. The customer service told me everything is fine. A few months later I get a bill to pay for the hot water tank rental then I told them it was already returned. Now they say that I have to pay the buyout for this hot water tank since there is no record off me dropping it off. They told me that they searched for it in the warehouse I don't believe it. 24 Hour Fitness got rid of one bad manager and they bring in another, wow, place still is not kept up. Are these manager all related? as their attitudes are awful. This club was excellent like many other clubs when they opened, but started going downhill. Rumor has it now that they allow homeless people to shower, shave and use wet facilities. I think it is nice of them to do something like that, but I wonder if the club isn't cleaning the club but once a day, what type of health concerns do we have to be aware of? I had subscribed to a 'Risk Free Trial' of 30 days from the online company. However, I continued receiving shipments of the product and deductions up to $100 off my account. I called them to ask for a cancellation, since I had not planned for a full plan but just the trial only. However, the call assistant refused to cancel me and put me up for a delayed shipment date. Do not work for Longboard Marketing!
I was contracted by the agency to work a 5 day, full day promotion. The managers/owners of the agency ended up changing the hours and cancelling a full day (giving only a 2 hour notice) on the premise of bad weather. Do not let unscrupulous agencies fool you; legitimate agencies will have at least a 42hr cancellation policy, (most 72hrs) that protects their talent no matter why the event is cancelled. We paid a significant amount of money to stay in what turned out to be completely unacceptable accommodations. It was filthy, unsafe, not up to code, and literally falling apart in places.
The rental listing with pictures and rental contract had many misrepresentations about the accommodations, types of beds, private pool and the use of a boat to transport to us to the beach was non existent.

I called again on the next day and was told to return the product when it arrived and given a authorization number. I was billed for one product and credited on my credit card. This company os owned by a Barry Tyalor, who sold me a laptop (refurbished), after a week the laptop developed a fault. I attempted to speak with Barry Taylor but told me he was too busy. I took the laptop back and told me it as 'sold as seen', cost nearly £300. Considering I could have bought a new one for slightly more. I was visiting from out of state and I decided to stay at the econo lodge on 4/16/2011...when I checked in and was sleeping only to wake up bitten from my neck to lower. Recieved item, box had been peirced on both sides the what looks like a razor blade or sharp item. Seller made statement that item may not be returned if opened. The box was split on both sides when i recieved it as to insure I couldnt return item. Not even heavy postal handling could have slit the box that bad. The so-called society ripped off $1400 and did not delivery anything. When asked for a refund their phone went unanswered. Just a bunch of slick con artists. We notified the New York State Attorney General. We will write it off as poor judgement and a hoax. Their web site revealed the fraud after we paid. THat was our mistake.

I received a SPAM mail from a James Russell who claims to be related to SOS Children as a member of the Executive Commitee of Trustees. The website he uses on his signature is http://www.soschildrensvillages.org.uk. He is a scam. The REAL link to the charitable organization is http://www.sos-childrensvillages.org and not the one on his signature.

Please, I repeat, Please don't use this site or post your resume on this site. First, off when you actually call this agency they are rude and disrespectful. They basically want to get you off the phone. Also, some of the positions they post on that site are mostly old positions that are fulled already, but I believe they say that these are open positions to get you to send your resume in order to get a quota at the end of the year.
