After being prompted to us Ontrac Shipping by a delivery person, I decided to try it for my west coast shipping needs. I shipped a small box but once it was scanned it showed as an envelope. I was told it was a type o and gave it no more thought until it was lost. This was a high dollar shipment . I was very disappointed by the quality of a 1st Communion dress I purchased from them which I had ordered online. For my $120 I received a wrinkled dress with the beading falling off, with unfinished sleeves that had strings hanging. It was very unlike the beautiful photo on their slick website. They have a no return policy and according to the packing info I received they warn, "please be advised that our return policy is strictly enforced and we will not tolerate demanding emails or phone calls for refunds". I had a 50" Plasma TV that made a loud pop and apon closer investigation had cracks on the inside glass. LG collected the Tv and then advised me 2 weeks later that the TV was "physically damamged". Lauderdale called FAT Village, which apparently stands for Flagler Arts and Technology Village. East Point has managed our apartment complex since before I moved almost 10 years ago. In all these years I've never met one of their office staff ...only the inspection and repair crews that invade my home 6-10 times a year (different faces every time), with little more than 24 hours notice. I went to Vespia's on Rt18 in East Brunswick with a coupon I won for a free oil change. I was told that I needed: 2 new tires, my air filter was so dirty that I needed to flush the system, I needed new front and rear brakes totally over $1500.00. I refused all except replacing air filter. I took the car the very next day to the dealer and told them that Vespia said my brakes are 95% gone. I received a call from dealer that my brakes are fine. Dr. Gary Tylock is literally the worst doctor I have ever seen. He didn't take my concerns or questions seriously. He seemed unfriendly and distracted. The eye exam he gave me at Gary Tylock Laser Center was not thorough. He answered a personal cell phone call during my exam! He did nothing to inspire my confidence.
