I replied to a free trial of colon tabs and acai lipo tabs and received two invoices of £2.95 each. On 1st March I realised that two payment of £64.35 had been taken out of my bank under different names:- BRAIN BOOST and HEALTHY IDEAS. This totals £128.70 which in my calculator is a lot different to the £5.90 that they said I would pay. My car was left for 5 minutes with someone in the passenger seat and someone in the drivers seat. When a van appeared with clamping signs on the side, the driver started the car and was adjusting the seat, as she was about th drive away, one man knocked on the window and started talking to her while another mon went to the back of the car and put a clamp on it. Like other complaints I thought I was on the Official P90X Site and was not. It was only after receiving a call almost immediately from my credit card company's fraud department did I know the site was in CHINA! A package was sent but I refused it and have the tracking information to show it was returned to China. In all innocense I bought 'free' AcaiReduce from a very convincing website. I payed 2 lots of £2.95 in postage for AcaiReduce and ColonCleanse which duly arrived a few days later.There were no apparent Terms and Conditions visible. When I looked at my credit card statement I had been charged 2 lots of £63.89 on the same day as the postage. I received Explanation of Benefits statements for my uncle totalling over $7000 for claims submitted by Rotech on behalf on Arrowhealth Medical Supply in Bloomington, MN. Problem is that the service dates were in 2010 and 2011 and my uncle died in 2007. When I called Rotech, all I was told was not to worry - "they" realized they had made a mistake. I have an old Honda Accord 93 with Mileage 178K. Being an old car I make it a point to get the basic services done regularly. I'm leaning towards the site being a scam. I followed all the instructions listed on the website and sent payment. The payment was received on 05/05/2011; as of to date (05/12/2011), I have received nothing. The site instructed that once payment is received, an email confirmation would be generated in order to confirm the submitted information.
