I booked a cruise exchange and an additional cabin with Interval on Dec 31, 2011. At the same time, I booked a shore excursion for 4 people (2 per cabin). The shore excursions were $55 per person. My husband needed some work done so he chose Smile Magic in Lewisville, TX in our hometown. This was on 03/25/11. They told him they would call him back for him to go back to finish the work on a crown replacement. After paying upfront, it is now 05/31/11 and they have not gotten in touch with him. In a nutshell; a total waste of money. After 3 months of use it became clear that these folks are in the business of selling memberships and not providing very good information. Their return on investment spreadsheet is deceptive and, in many cases, they are suggesting you buy stocks at the highs. In one week they send buy and short suggestions on the same stock!!! I wanted to try the free trial for just $6.95 for the shipping, I decided to upgrade to the double strengh for $44.92. I figured that was the price for the product and shipping. Today I get charged another $87.95 for the product I paid $44.92 for. I called them and they said that was the price of the product because I kept it for more that 14 days. Opened account 4 years ago. They did not innested money anywhere but what they say "Invested in Cash" so I was charged $50 per year for "Fees" for nothing. I have been a member of America First Credit Union for a long time and have always loved them! I used the U.S. Bank ATM because it was with in walking distance of where I needed the cash. I walked out the door and realized I didn't grab my card and when I walked back in the card had all ready been sucked back into the ATM. We received a letter stating we would be charged for water used in the building. The charge would be calculated by the number of bedrooms not the number of people living in each unit. This is very unfair to anyone living alone. A one bedroom apartment with a with single occupant would be charged the same as a one bedroom apartment with a couple or family. I purchased an $1, 800.00 Baume and Mercier watch (msrp 3, 990.00) from Jomashop on April 5th of this year. The watch never ran correctly from day one. Enterprise Floors has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We paid them almost $5000 May, 2010 for laminate flooring.
