Please assist as i have concern with my Bodycorporate. I have been living at Villa Mia for more than 12 years. I have my flat on sale for the past 3 years. Ron Spoljarick has not returned my phone calls and has ceased all contact as of October 2010 and it is now March 2011. My kitchen is missing half of its cabinets and counter top, the plumbing is not to code (per housing inspector), the floor is lifting.
