I visited the houreyes location in alexandria, va. I felt the associate was too pushy. It was as if he was giving me the high priced glasses. The name of the store is also misleading. The company automatically renewed my contract even after I called them and emailed requesting to cancel. They harass me constantly for the payment while threatening me with collections. I have tried mulitple times to resolve this with them and have all the proof i need to back up my claim. They are uninterested in dealing with it and insit i pay. In Israel these big corporations can just run you over. It will now go to collections which is run by the government. They have the ability to freeze my bank accounts and inflate the charges. Purchased a Kershaw Chill at my local sporting goods store. Really liked the design, opening system, blade shape and weight. However, after three weeks of handling, the blade is already showing signs of surface RUST along the entire length of the blade! This knife was never used to cut anything but paper. Like many Kershaw knives, the blade is made from 8CR13MOV steel with a bead blasted finish. I have already returned the knife for a full reimbursement. Calgary, These guys actually believe their own BS so be very careful dealing at this establishment. Hourly rates are a rip-off and they will stick you everywhere they see fit. Mark up on parts is OUTRAGEOUS. Customer service is about as bad as it gets and mechanics are out to hurt your pocket book. I suggest that you have a witness if forced to have any dealings with them.
