After reading the complaints about this company, and realizing that other medications I take makes use of this product unwise I contacted them within 30 minutes of the initial order and the run around began in earnest. When I contacted the company today to ask what recourse I have. The customer rep said I should have followed the manual on care. I told him I did, follow all the above and beyond instructions and he basically said he can do nothing. I told him about all the complaints I read about on line and he just would not offer any help. I would not advise ANYONE to buy from Contagioushair.com. I you value your time and money you will avoid this company and the owner at all costs. After triing to rescend on our Mayan Purchase, we were approached by another group saying they were not with the Mayan but had a deal for us with the renting of our old timeshares. I am not in the US, but I take part in Samplicious surveys. Well, I say 'take part' but as the first person rightly pointed out, I have lost count of how many times I have answered loads and loads of questions only to be screened out at the last minute, with them saying either: This survey is now closed or You have not qualified for this survey! So it took them nearly to the end of the survey to find this out? It's a disgrace and I feel that Samplicious should be investigated.
