Had my Mother in their dementia unit, it was an awful place. She was confused and getting out of her wheelchair, staff didn't want to deal with her so they put her in her room and closed the door. In December Kleen Kare on Augusta rd. lost 4 shirts. They ask for a week to find them and I gave them the week. I still do not have my shirts. After repeated calls and request for the owners to contact me I have not heard anything. When I call the store they tell me I need to contact the place they clean them. I recently bought a dress from SANA boutique . The experience left me devastated. It was supposed to have been my wedding dress which was to be dry cleaned by them. I have had a terrible experience with AFFORDABLE SPA COVERS. I placed and paid for my order on Sunday 12/19, it was processed 12/20. I am extremely dissappointed with the Trip Cancellation Policy of the Chase Sapphire card. I booked my honeymoon using the card because of its trip cancellation protection. Fragnancenet.com selling counterfeited products placed in the boxes of original brand names. I ordered Swiss Army fragrance last December as a gift for the New Year, got it in original, sealed box and when open it was a proximity of the original product. How do I know, because I'm using this product for the last 12 months and still have half a bottle from the original manufacturer. I've send it back the same day and after 30 days waiting still can't get a refund. They are doing false advertising saying that the finances are original. Me, and several other friends, are working for this company called Brandsrock ( Jigsaw is their old name, but people still call it that). Its a promotions company for students, that allow them to hand out pamphlets and do in store promotions.
