I recently bought a new vodafone connection and requested for 199 add on plan but I have been issued 444 talk plan. On my frequent request in customer care it's not been set to 199 addon plan. I requested on 17th October for the same first time and I was asked to wait for 72 hrs., but it's still not done. Can this be done on urgent basis? Does vodafone has customer relationship respect? I am writing this letter to advise the public on my dissatisfaction with the purchase of a 48"GE Monogram refrigerator. We built a home in Draper, Utah and moved in on May 5, 2005 . I have a mobile(N93) which is not working from the day one. I got network and was able to make calls only for 30 minutes. I had been to one of the service centers in Bangalore but they did not help me get the set repaired and at the same time scratched the body of my mobile. I, like so many of those who have also sent in comments, have had unauthorized purchases on my debit/credit card. My debit card was used so the purchase of $4.87 and then for $89.95 was taken directly from my checking account. They took the money I had been saving for my son's shoes. I called and was offered a refund of $54.94 for a purchase I never authorized in the first place.
