In 2004 I overpaid my Shell gas credit card by $200. Shell sent me a check for the same amount while I was in Indonesia, working the tsunami disaster... Consequently the check was voided (90 day limited). Note: Shell does not honor, like most businesses, a plus balance on an account. I ordered Good Housekeeping and Automobile on June 11, 2007 . The delivery startup "wait" time was to be 8 to 12 weeks. These were charged to my credit card by never received. I placed the order through Google Half Price Magazines. I have emailed Half Price and they said it would be taken care of... that was on July 30, 2007 and I was suppose to start receiving the magazines within the next 4-12 weeks... well... still no magazines and I emailed the company again... have not heard back from them... Last few times I have been in the store, I have been overcharged for my items that I purchased. The last time the scanner was not putting in the correct price of the sale item. I went out to my car thinking that the purchased price was too much. After I looked over my receipt, I found that I had been overcharged for 7 items. I went back in the store and got my refund of the overcharged items - amount being $19.01 . I bought a gateway computer 1997. The mother board crashed which meant it didn't work. Gateway claimed the warranty expired and it was only 6 mos old. We threw out the computer it was useless. I owed 600 dollars we told them we wouldn't pay. Needless to say 8 years later Rubin and Rothman must have bought the account now I owe 1700.00+ they froze my checking then they put a garnishing on my wages. I ordered several TV series on DVD. The discs do not play... in some cases, my DVd player gives the message 'bad disc'. In all the other cases, after twenty minutes playing, the discs will not play, or become pixilated and will play no further. I recently got on line to the Safeway Online order site. I hate to buy a 12 pack of seltzer every time I go to the store. I decided to order 100 cases for the summer. This was on a Monday and was told it would be delivered on a Friday between 10 and 12. I cancelled everything I had to do in order to be there for my delivery. I purchased a set of replacement dog tags from mustang tags and never received them. I waited several weeks before sending an inquiry. I received no reply. I sent several more emails, still no reply (and no product). Upon writing this it has been 3 months, with no product, and no word from Mustang Tags. In the last 15 months I had 4 vehicles shipped from Miami, FL, to Europe using the services of a shipping Company called ASI (Autoshipment International) located 49 NE 22th Street in Miami, FL 33137. On these four shipments, this Company managed to damage the driveshaft and the fuel tank of one of my vehicles and the driveshaft of another vehicle (the 1982 Ford Econoline of last shipment). I placed an internet order for 2 dolls with a company called Paradise Galleries (www.paradisegalleries.com), who sells dolls. I ordered a camisole 6/07 and paid with PayPal. Limage Plus never sent my merchandise and has apparently lied throughout the process. When I wrote to follow up in July they said it would be sent out in 3-4 days. I also left numerous voice mail messages which were never returned. I cancelled my membership with Good Life Club and the last payment was to be transacted on May 9th, however The Good Life Club continued to deduct from my account on May 23, June 6 and June 20. I filed a complaint and they said it would take 7-10 days to refund my money. The total was $92.94 however they couldn't even get their accounting right and credited me $92.93.
