I received a payday loan from 365fastcash.com and never received a contract from the company. I have tried to contact them several times to discuss my paying them back. No call back, no live person. You send an email ticket or complaint-you can't get on a website once you received the loan. They took out $74.00 fee out of my account. I have not signed any paper. I looked online to check them out to find out they are from Russia and part of a Natzi group. Go to Google and put in 365fastcash-it will show you a picture of the original website they use when they give you the loan and an article of how they are linked to a Russian group in Panama. read full review »

I ordered a Fuji F31 from them on December 22. The price when I ordered it was $309. The shipping was going to be $14. I didn't notice at the time, but when I printed out the invoice, nothing came up but the order number (172577) and all their return and replacement policy. I, too, was frauded by ThrillPlanet.com 1-800-943-4025 by "Ed" who called me on his cell number (770) 405-1043 and by "Zek". They gave me a run around that "Elaina" was not in now and she would send the paper work.

Large megabank, umpqua, refuses to issue a bank atm only, NON Visa type debit card. Call to their customer no service people did get their suggestion to set a limit on the visa transaction to say $1 or so, to limit risk. I strongly object to the bank not giving me the consumer a choice here. According to many sources, the visa debit card present an increased risk for fraud, since they do not use a pin number. I paid my balance in full online with this company sent my card to the company with written request to close this account and they sent the damn card back to me with my written request to close the account!(?) so i called the company my self and spoke to a very rude liar of a rep claiming he saw no payment of the balance that's why he couldn't close the account. It wasn't until i threatened his ass that he all of a sudden saw the full balance paid on the account and agreed to close it. Don't trust these people! read full review »

Unfortunately your services were confusing, most of all difficulty to communicate with any one withing your central office. I don't need that.

On the 04.12.2007 I had anappointment booked between 8 am and 1 pm in order to have Virginmedia installed. The tech's arrived at 10.45am and procced to inform me that I had only ordered one box, which was incorrect. I purchased a Whirlpool Calypso washer about three years ago. I had about 8-10 service calls on it in a 1 year time frame due to many problems. Best Buy replaced it under the Lemon Law last year with same model at my request. I had purchased the extended warranty which was pricey!
The same model, round two, had the exact same problems with the U joints, leveling off balance, not spinning the clothes properly, drain lines clogging, etc... So I proceeded to have the second washer removed and replaced with a different model this time. Best... read full review »

When I did that free shipping.com charged $1.95 on my credit card(without my authorization) Have spoken to them and they are supposed to credit my account. I purchased A bottle of diet pills on May 30, and i used the tracking # for the item on USPS website and it said it had delivered on June 2, 2008. but the post office or mail delivery person knows of any package that was supposed to be delivered. It's now June 21 and Ive have sent so far 3 of those shipping complaint forms and no one has contacted me at all. I am very angry because they don't even have a option when you call the number to speak to someone and get the mess straightened out. I wonder if you can sue these people. Do not order from this company! Major scam artists! What I received in no way resembled what I had ordered. It was a pitiful arrangement that I had spent about $150.00 for. Flowers were wilted and did not include that main flowers that were supposed to be in it. I ordered an arrangement on Monday, November 12 and it was supposed to be "Same Day Delivery". Today is Wednesday and I found out today that my friend did not receive the flowers. I've called the company in Beverly Hills, CA three times and get an answering service that takes your information and tells you that she will send them an email and they will call back immediately. I haven't heard back from them and don't think I ever will. They of course , charged my credit card as soon as my order was placed. This is a new store and has been open about 4 months. I have been it the store about 6 time. Four of those times they got my order wrong an forgot what I ordered. If this is the type of service that this store is going to give, then close the store or get a new manager who cares about their customers.

my last visit b/4 7-4-08 was at walmart the photographers are fine they are polite. I never gotten bad pictures b/4 i just picked up my children pictures and viewed them briefly in the store while shopping. As soon as I placed a classified ad to try to find a home for a dog that was dumped at our farm, I was inundated with the "I'll send you a cashier check, you send me the change" scam" And I'm talking about 20 e-mails a day. If the freecycle sites can keep these idiots from contacting us, why can't petfinder? Lots of our local freecycles are no longer allowing the listing of pets, so that really limits being able to find homes for strays and rescues. This really ticks me off. read full review »

5buxs.cn & goodbux.net are scams. They are new to the list of PTC scams and are probably owned by the same person. 5buxs.cn promise to payout once you reach $5. But when I requested my payout, it was pending ever since. It doesn't show the date the payment was requested on, just the amount & that it is pending. So, you never get actually paid from them.

Today 5/16. I filled out the site for a free credit report, 30 day trial and get all 3 reports and score. After i put in my cc# and information i submitted it. All i received was a statement "unable to process your request. For further assistance email us [email protected]. Which i did. Its the end of the day, never received an email from them or telling me what was wrong and if i was going to get my report or not. They have my c card #. The installer claimed it was our fault and asked us to repair adjacent patio to solve problem. We did as asked, had the installer back to replace curved boards. Same problem happens immediately.
