As all the others, I made a booking for a hotel in the US (Boston) beginning of June. But due to business reasons I had to cancle it (1 month in advance to the travel). And they confirmed the refunding within 7 days by email. No refund until now (August). I tried to call them more than 30 times, they hang up the phone. It seems that these apartments must have a revolving door policy when it comes to keeping management and maintenance personnel. The NEW ones they have now is just as bad if not worse than the previous ones. It seems they already want to create discontent with the tenents. Stone Mark Management is the Company responsible for the poor management of these apartments. I found a car online at Done Deal .com and went to Villa Park to look at it. I put money down and drove it home. He gave me a Temp Illinois plate and I found out later that was illegal. He charged me Il tax and that was illegal. He charged for Il license fees and that also was, yes you guessed it, Illegal. I found out all these things after I paid off the car in April of 08. Couple days after After ordering I got an email from cameraadict.con asking me to call a number before my order could be shipped. I called and talked to a sales person who tried to sell me other accessories. I have been receiving numerous calls from this company about my vehicle warranty. They call at work, home, and my cell phone. When I say no thanks and to have my name removed, they hang up on me and continue to call 3 or 4 more times daily. I feel that this is now harassment. I get charged for the calls on my cell phone and the same number does not always appear on the caller id, so I don't realize it's them. I have tried to cancel internet services by Pets Unlimited by phone and e-mail, but finally had to ask my bank to stop paying them for services I have not used for over 3 months. I get constant popups that start with a yellow one of the yellow triange with an exclamation mark and "System performance monitor: Warning" saying our system performance is slowed by 47% and internet connection speed decreased by 39% probably due to spyware or adware, then suggesting I "click on this aloon" (sic) to dowload spyware scan tool to remove... This company took $31.98 from my checking account without my consent. I called the number that was on my bank statement a million times. Just about every representative I talked to didn't speak or understand english that well at all. They claim that they could not reverse the payment unless I went on line to do it. I bought an 8yr old grade quarter horse gelding from Casey Palmer and Jodi Bagwell. I requested a deep cleaning of my town home from Lynn Smith (owner). I was told it would be $50/hour and one housekeeper will be sent. Linda arrived and she finished 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms in under 1.5 hours--- which seemed quick. We had a number of issues with this dealership, the biggest issue is; we purchase a new car from this dealership and to this day they have not registered the vehicle in our name. Because of this issue we are not able to renew our tags. We finally told the leasing company about this and they sent us a POA. I had registered onto 123 privacy matters to receive a free copy of my credit report. I canceled the trial period almost immediately after receiving it. Periodically have issues with my HD-DVR cable box. Power failures(Cable BOX) which result in missed recordings. And we must reboot the box everytime we wish to sit down and start watching our television. Time Warner has replaced box, and issues still persist. Their technicians who came to trouble shoot box advised me that this is a BIG issue with everyone who uses Time Warners HD_DVR cable box, using HDMI cables. No eta on a permanent fix. They charge 550/- for 256 kbps for 1.5 gb download and they are not up to their expectations. They are not capable of providing uninterrupted connection at all. I purchased the CD from the website carefully reading the fine print. After 4 weeks and 4 overdrafts on my account later, I just got DRI to refund to me the 39.97 charge they made to my account- and that was after I had to re-fax them their confirmation e-mail that stated that I was all set and that I would not be charged!!
