I was refused service today after being a patient for over 2 yrs because I complained to the manager all the issues I've been having with their facility. I bought a Western General Warranty on a 2001 BMW 525i. Warranty is good for 3 years or 36 months, whichever occurs first. It has been over 240 hours and they still haven't had the decency to respond. I have an unauthorized link on my computer for Antivirus 2008 protection that cannot be deleted. It says it is in use and cannot be deleted. I purchased Amana stove model AGR5735QDS from Sears in November, 2003. It is a self-cleaning model. I cleaned it one time after I had the stove about a year (I don't use the oven very often). My family had contracted with the funeral home for services for our loved one. After working with the funeral director, we overheard the office manager speak about us in a very derogative manner and make the comment that we should be charged triple because we were not mormon. I don't think she realized that we were outside of the office near the restrooms and could hear her conversation clearly. During a hard time, I think it is completely inappropriate for that type of behavior and discrimination.
