I bought a subscription from them off eBay on December 19, 2007 and they have yet to fulfil my order. The funny thing is that I emailed them and they responded and said that they would resubmit my order. They had forgotten to submit my order. I have paid for this and if they don't give me what I paid for, it is considered fraud and I will let as many people know about this as I can. I will also file many complaints online and let agencies know about it. eBay does not seem to want to help with this and I find that appalling. It's like they support fraud. I just received a rather offensive "betting guide" in the mail. I did not order this magazine, and I do NOT bet on sports/games. I have no idea how this company got my home address, and they were VERY UN-COOPERATIVE in removing my information. They even REFUSED to let me speak to a manager or to the editor. I also ordered a large shipment from the tan store with pretty much the same results. After a lot of angry e-mails my order arrived minus some stickers I still have not been able to get n-e-1 to respond. I would warn all people to research before ordering and not from these scammers. The most ridiculous and awful company I have ever dealt with. They do all their own prep and repairs and charge however much they want to do them (I'd compare the level of ridiculous to being unknowingly charged $57.00 for a Big Mac when you weren't hungry). I am on disability and therefor I am on a fixed income. I ordered their sample and payed $4.75 for shipping and handling. That I could afford. The next month a debit appeared on my account for $89.40!I called my bank and they said it was Green Tea Pro that was charging my account. This company has for the second time charged $4.95 to my credit card. When I called, it's just voice recording saying to contact them via the internet. I have a strong feeling these people have stolen credit card numbers and are charging $4.95 to who knows how many people seeing so that people don't bother filing a criminal complaint. I purchased a Kenmore Refrigerator at the Sears Store at Chesterfield Town Center in Richmond, Va on 11-20-06. It was delivered on on 11-24-06. There were unathorized charges deducted from a joint checking acct from AP9PMIDENTITY . My son and I have no idea what or who this is. Several months went by before I questioned my son about automatic charges coming out of this acct. He had not authorized anything. When I called the number it was a private phone... I was not planning to renew the Norton Security on my PC for this year. When the reminder came up that my subscription was going to expire within a month, I opted not to renew. Tried to uninstall the program using their uninstall option but program did not go away. Received nearly hourly reminders of the renewal. After several days, I received an "upgrade now" message and wasn't sure if it was for my current subscription, so I upgraded and was charged as a renewal for the next year. In order to get results on the "free" search I had to subscribe for a trial membership ($9.95), or a regular membership for one year ($44.95).
