I recentley bought a 2008 Malibu from the dealership Rothrock. A month after having this car I have been having alot of problems. My driver side door the material started to come off also on the same side my viser on the mirror came off. So i brought it in on Aug 5th 2008. They told me they had to order new parts. Quoted $1995.00 to moved my car from Maui to Texas. Car arrived and driver demanded more money then quoted. Called HLL and then said they would give me the $150 back. I was forced to pay the driver $150 more cash just to get my car. He would not release the car until then. We waited alomost two hours to get a hold of HLL and still I was made to pay more. We ran into several problems with Elegant Bridal. The bridesmaid dresses were ordered about a month and a half before the wedding, so we knew that we were pushing the envelope. But, Elizabeth assured us that there certain were dresses that would be ready within just 3 weeks, assuming that we paid the rush delivery fee. I received my free trial box for only a mailing charge of $6.95. A couple of weeks later ( on March 18 ) they sent another month's supply ( 60 tea bags). Well, I liked the tea so thought -- ok . I was a victim of auto theft. I went to enterprise to pick up a car. Even though insurance paid up to 500.00 I was still charged a deposit and had to pay of the rental. After the 500.00 coverage was over I was being charged 25.00 a day. Only after they charged my debit card weekly they called and told me they charged my account. They left me in the negative weekly. This national moving company "lost" my tv set and antique rocking chair in the move from Winnipeg to Toronto. I had sprint pcs for a long time for years and they are so bad in our area. Our service was horrible and customer service is now charging me over $800. I don’t think this is correct. They then sent me a settlement for the account that was 50% off the balance. I know this amount isn’t correct and I had to cancel both phones. I never had any phone service because of the area and how the towers are set up here. It’s a rural area and at the time sprint was the only carrier here. We wished we had visited this site BEFORE we accepted this company's product. Before making a $1, 094 repair on a customer's vehicle we called for verification of contract holder and coverage. After Heritage sent an adjuster to verify repairs we received authorization to complete the repair. That was 5 months ago. To date we still have not been paid and Administration Services, who handles Heritage's administration, is of no help. They claim they have no way to contact Heritage Insurance. Recently my computer crashed and I lost everything including my Nortons Antivirus 2008. My computer went into recovery in default factory settings with the original Norton that it came with. I was able to download the update but it is only on a 15 day trial. I purchased the Antivirus online on the 07 April 2008 via my Visa card paying AUD$49.99. This company charged me 2200+ dollars for a customized website. In the beginning they were fine. I even sent them the .jpg files to use for my website; all they had to do was insert them into a template and make changes to the categories/links. I bought a cherry coke at my local college today, 9/15/08. The bottle had an oily substance to it. I couldn't smell anything out of the ordinary so I opened it a took a sip. I noticed a weird taste but thought it was from eating oreo cookies right before drinking the soda. I took another sip and realized that the taste was sinilar to gasoline or kerosene. This company keeps spamming my website with multiple unrelated comments on all of my posts. They are never approved. It's annoying that a "company" would be the one to do this.
