I want to let potential Korean Air customers know that the company cancels your whole reservation in case of no-show for any leg of the trip. Then, if you try to use any other part of your ticket, they tell you - at the airport counter! - That your whole reservation has been cancelled (used and unused part) and you have to buy another set of tickets. I was sold on Tough Shed but Amazing Buildings had a similar building for quite a bit less. There were enough differences in the materials and design that I paid an extra $2K for design and material changes to make sure the building would last. After 2 months, the doors would not even close. I called Rodney and sent emails for another 2 months asking for help. When he finally responded, all he wanted to discuss was more money and he still never came and fixed the doors. Do not use this company. The Jamis Commuter was manufactured in China. The spokes on my 2006 bike with less than twenty miles of usage, started breaking, even when it was stored in the garage, not being ridden. I contacted Jamis, no response. I spoke with the dealer. I bought my wife some hoop earrings from Gordon's Jewelers online. She loved them, but the clasps were weak and after only two days of wear one fell out and was ran over in a parking lot. Call me crazy, but I wouldn't think it would be a big deal for a jeweler, especially one the size of Gordon's, to sell a single earring...but then again maybe their manufacturing facility can only make even numbers. From January 26 until the present today's date is 9/13/08 I am being charged $19.95 for something I never authorized. I purchased WuYi Tea and that was when it started showing up. The WuYiTea had it's own random charges of different amounts sometimes twice a month. I went in to return a cake decorating item that was defective and the owner told me that if I had any common sense I would know to call in when it didn't work. This company has non-exist customer support. I have been trying to receive information of upgrading their system from the 2007 version to the 2008 version. All support calls go to Voice Mail, if you leave a message it may be up to 24 hours before you get a response, and if you get a response it does not resolve the issue. Simon Mall Gift Cards have lots of no's and very few yes'. The gift giver pays a fee up front. If you don't use it for any reason in 6 months after purchase date. Then they charge you $2.50 a month for "administrative fees" and a re-issue charge of $7.50 (which I think I just saw went up to $12.50)- if you card expires without using it. I have to agree about cruise value centre. I have worked with a lot of travel agencies and just plain and simple once they get your money they could care less about you. In April 2008 I purchased a new Tracker bass boat. It came with a Motorguide trolling motor. I had the boat on water three times. The first was for break in time on the Mercury gasoline motor.
