Brion Ware has conned/scammed people in California, Florida, Tennessee, Ohio, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and possibly more states. I have filed several complaints in him as have others. Basically he had a line of energy drinks that were supposed to come out but never did. He conned money out of several people, promised to repay it but never did. I had these people call me on Monday 6/23. A lady named Brenda is who I spoke to. She told me she was a lawyer (lie #1) and then asked me for my SSN and address. I refused to give her either one. I know better! Then she told me that I had written a bad check, would NOT tell me what company I had written the check to, and told me I needed to get a lawyer. This company now appears to trawl internationally via telephone, targeting and preying on the vulnerable elderly, selling them trips that can't possibly be taken. I ordered a Ring in July 2006 and then was told in September that it was back-order. I decided to cancel the order and obtain a refund. It is nearly 5 months of being on the phone with Customer Service that they kept telling me that it would be 10-15 days due to changes in their finance department. Enclosed was also a statment which they billed my CREDIT CARD $44.85 Also stated that you needed a Return Merchandise Authorization Number & Product I didn't order was subject to a 15% restocking fee! Ok so I bought a K-styler for my 5 yr old because she has so much hair and it's hard for me to use a regular curling iron... Now granted I've had the product for about 3 mnths. I ordered the free trial of this product. On the same day as I ordered it they charged my credit card $6.95 for the shipping, and 37.75 for the free product. Then on July 4th they charged my account another $69.87 and I didn't even receive the product until the 9th of July. We purchased a home alarm system from APEX in August of 2008. Since then, our sensor has fallen off our door twice. What is even more disturbing, however, is that our alarm has been going off in the middle of the night. APEX sent a technician to fix the problem once, but since then it has once again sounded around midnight.
