I purchased a starter online and they sent no confirmation, no receipt, nothing. Finally, they sent an email saying my order had been processed, but gave me no tracking number. When the part arrived, it was not the correct part. I sent it back and they told me I could not send it back because it was an electrical part even though I'd done nothing to it other than identify it as the wrong part. In the first month of having a new phone number, Zoom-i-Net hit me with 4 fraudulent charges for a long-distance service I did not order. I replaced a cunstomers roof due to storm damage. The home owners insurance paid to replace the entire roof approx. $15, 000.00.
