I ordered a coat rack for my boss from this website from me and a few of my coworkers. Once I received it, one of my coworkers and I assembeled the coat rack just to find that the rack was a piece of junk. When I called to find out who charged me for what, they told me in the fine print it said something about a membership and not canceling within 7 days... I took my car in to State Wide Glass in North Grafton, MA to have the windshield replaced. It was to be put thru my insurance. They called to tell me that it was going to be a bigger fix than just putting the windshield back in and was going to cost an extra $600.00. If you have had work done here and have had a problem please call the Attorney General's Office in Worcester, MA, the Division of Standards in Boston and the BBB in Worcester. I purchased a software program from these guys on November 11th 2008. the name of the software was Winfax Pro V 10.03. What they sent me was an older version that I already had. Ofcourse they have no direct line so you have to correspond via email. They admit that they had sent the wrong software and that the software I wanted was not available, and that they would credit my credit card back. So don't fall for these guys. I ordered vinyl from Carpetright, I was charged 11.99 for glue, when the fitters came at a separate charge of £40.00 they just stuck the edges of the room down with tape and did not use glue. I advised carpetright who had the fitters return to inspect the room. They advised this was perfectly normal and how they lay vinyl (although even carpetright website advises never stick the edges only as this will cause nicking). Since opening a Citi card a few months ago, I have been unable to contact this company without being barraged by sales efforts.
