When checking my bank account, I noticed a charge of $79.95 that I did not make. I called the company and they actually answered. They told me I had subscribed for an AC Grant, which I have not. They said I had a three day trial viewing of this web page and that I agreed to $79.95 per month after the three days. What a RIP OFF. We received a statement from our bank stating that two charges, one for $79.95 and one for .64 cents, had caused our bank account to be overdrawn, We were charged on top of the fees from this company, $60.00 from our bank. Superlative sales reps sign you up for a one year contract to have a website hosted through them. What they don't tell you is that the contract automatically renews for another year on its anniversary, and they will not cancel mid-contract. Customer service rarely returns a phone call or responds to an e-mail. Cancelled subscription on 6/27/09 and was told my money would be refunded within 3 - 5 days. It is now 7/10/09 and I still have not recieved any monies back to my account. AutoLogix promised me a new motor for my purchase. What I received was very used, damaged, and the wrong motor for my truck. They promised pictures and I never received any. This company is a ripoff, they scam people into entering their site for a small fee and take an additional fee out on top of it on a monthly basis. To top it all off, I cannot even gain access to the site itself and the customer service reps are not helpful at all. There is NO Free trial from this Outsourced customer service company. Read the terms and conditions. I found I could not get away from them without paying an additional $25.00 for the free trial. Once you accept the free trial you are enrolled in an automatic plan at an outrageous price. I tried to stop the order - that was not possible. I downloaded a game and thanks to AVG (my virus protector), I was alarmed to find that the 'free' trial game I had downloaded also came equipped with a Trojan virus.
