I have had my materials for over a year. They want you to travel up to 100 miles to take the exam. If you live in a small area and don't have transportation, too bad. They refuse to give me my money back because I haven't taken the test. I also have a disability. They don't tell you the job requirements over the phone. You only know about them AFTER you order the book. If you can't do the job or if the title you want isn't available (even after a year) you're out of luck. BEWARE. They're a SCAM. I selected one month because I knew this was a short term deal from a single client. The membership was for 7 days free and then for one month. I ordered a free trail of this product one month ago. They never sent the free trail, or anything else, yet they charged me over $80.00 on my credit card. They will not allow you to contact them by phone, they put you on hold then disconnect. You can not contact them by e-mail either. I rented a car on August 22, 2008 at 8:30am from the above location. My daily rate according to the contract was 169.89 plus tax and a $200.00 deposit which would be credited back to my credit card upon the return of the vehicle. The companies have got my creditcard details from a photobook company called Photobox. In total I have been debited £ 50 as I had not discovered the debits until now. On the day I came back for my cleaning they conveniently said the dental hygienist was behind but I could get my other work done. I've been using ATT bundled local and long distance for over two years at a fixed monthly rate. I work from home so I use the phone A LOT. Well ATT got bought and became the NEW ATT. Long story short they killed my bundle charged me 10 cents minute for long distance AND sent me a local bill too boot. I have had a problem for the past six months with an air conditioner for this car not working on days when temperatures are above 20 degrees celcius. This started when the car was at 36, 000 km, a thing that never happened with my old hardbordy (at 160, 000km) and my corrola (at 250, 000km).
