I bought my Brinkmann Grand Gourmet 4415 3 years ago. The igniter quit after about 18 months. Lately the grill started to flare up when I lit it manually - not from grease but from some internal problem. There is a great deal of rust inside, even though I keep it covered. I have no idea who these people are. A $7.95 deduction. There is no # to call just a deduction date. How can I find out who these people are and how can they be stoped? Per the agency website, 18001028747 is a Airtel toll free number. I called to them on Jan 02, 2007 at 10:07 P.m. We bought online under an advertised aura of "heavy duty top quality tarps". After receiving our three tarps, we discovered one had a hole, and all were flimsy and not waterproof. They have this ploy where they tell you to "sign a contingency contract" and that they will go get your money for you. You sign a contract NOT for a dollar amount, but for what they call "RCV". This company is charging us a $600 cancellation fee for a contract that we did not agree to. There are two places to sign on the contract one that states that we understand the terms, and another place to agree to the proposal (thus turning it into a contract). This company got my college aged son's credit card number and began sending him several magazines which are of no interest to him - he did not select them - and charged him 60 some dollars a month. He contacted his bank, cancelled the card and the bank agreed that this was fraudulent and they reversed the charges. Meanwhile, the magazines and the invoices kept coming.
