When I received my cutter, there were no instructions and I would call the number listed for technical support and either it would just ring and ring or be transferred to a voice mailbox that was full, so you couldn't even leave a message. The direct debit request for April was 10 times the normal monthly amount. There is no reply to the telephone number supplied by the above company, no reply to e-mails and the additional number on the internet is "no longer in use". I have incurred bank charges and charges for using premium phone lines that go to answer machines. I suspect the company is in liquidation and has been requesting direct debits when not in business. I was told by the dentist not to use the product as I have caps and that could ruin the porcelain. He would not continue care if I use the product so, I stuck it in the cupboard only to see on the credit card that you are going to send it every month at the cost of $88.97. I had placed an order from T.G.I.Fridays in the City of Woodland Hills, CA. I ordered the Brushetta Chicken pasta and Oh goodness, I do believe I was given someone's left-overs. They have charged my account and I have received product twice with no results what so ever. I would like my money back, especially the ones I did not receive. No more carges as I am canceling that card!!! I have tried to call them and I get a recording that is stated at least 3 maybe 4 tmes then they hang up. When I plugged it, it would not warm up and do the job as it supposed to do. i called the store, the owner said send it to the company.
