I purchased a refrigerator model # FRS26ZRGWA in 2000 from Lowes in Cincinnati,OH. 7 yrs, later the thing is completely shot. I paid over $1000 for the piece of garbage. Per instructions on order form for free trial offer, I tried calling the customer service line - over and over and over, waiting 15 or more minutes at a time. No one ever answered. I applied for a loan in March of 2009 and contacted loan officer thoughout app. approval. I was contacted approximately 50 days later (was locked in for 60 days) and told everything looked fine and my loan should be done. Never heard from the loan officer again. Natures best ad for free trial of acai berry gives you 14 days to cancel. You do not receive it for 5 - 7 days and then you need time for your body to react to it. When you call to cancel they tell you the next shipment of 79.00 was already shipped and can not get refund. I have purchased Whirlpool washing machine in june'07, the model is fuzzy logic. We had problem in the inlet tube and outlet tube, after 2 days of complaint a person had attended the complaint. I had autimatic payments for my credit card with Bank Of America FIA Card Services, once I noticed that I did not have sufficient money in my bank account number I called to cancel the automatic payments. Citimortgage is run by a bunch of ignorant idiots and scam artists. I had a 5 year ARM loan. In February I sold the property before the 5 years was up and in my original papers I do not have to pay a prepayment penalty because I sold the property instead of refinancing. We tried for a loan modification and they told us to not make anymore payments on our cars, boat, timeshare, credit card balances, etc., these loans were established back in 2001 and 2004. If we didn't pay those loans, we would have enough to make our mortgage payment. We are subject to an increase in our payments with the LIBOR Index in August of 2014!
