Signed a loan agreement for a small persona loan; I was told I needed to "secure my loan" which I hesitantly did due to the fact I have less than perfect credit. I purchased a trial for 5.95. It states that they will charge 88.00 after 15 days. I bought it on September 26th and on Oct 6th they withdrew 88.00. They also sent me-without my asking a bottle of "Total Cleanse" and said if I did not send it back they will charge 78.00 to my account. My car was diagnosed with a bad slave cylinder for the clutch. After Agreeing to the quote I was told it would be ready later in the afternoon. I called at 2:45 and was told it woulfd be another hour. I called back at 3:45 and the car was not ready. The service advisor as well as the mechanic already had left for the day. There are many hidden fees. The room rate is higher than what you can get from the hotel. They charge extra fees but they don't show all the charges. They make it impossible to change date or cancel. They charge $50 PER PERSON if you want to cancel it within 14 days. This is unbelievable. The customer service does not help at all. I feel they intentionally set up many tricks. Sadly, we purchased a Maytag refrigerator in December 2006. We are currently listening to the drumbeat of the FOURTH damper that has been installed in this unit. Maytag admits that a poorly engineered damper is the cause. They refuse to trade or issue a credit, claiming that a noisy (really noisy!!) damper is not a defect. I am writing because the Woonsocket store & get Distilled Water --and they never have any water on hand. The manager of the store should order the water but this is totally ridiculous as we have to go to Providence Wal*Mart near the VA Hospital to get some. Not only Comwave has poor service with extremely bad scustomer service, they say during the initial call that 1st mont sevice can be be cancelled with no obligation but of couarse you have to pay $50.00 in the name of Port Out Fee. After that you will not only be charged $50.00 if you don't return the telephony modem but you $50.00 security deposit will disappear too. My daughter, who is 16, was hired to work at the Q street Sonic in Pensacola around July 2007. It was her first paid job and she was excited.
