I have had four to six unauthorized charges now of $14.95 each, not only from this http.// address but from another one as well, for the same amount on the same days, they must be related somehow, and no I never ordered either of them. I ordered the Escort 9500ix from Escort itself. Apparently, if you order from someone else, Escort will try to void the warranty. Not sure why they would sell through other retailer and have the customer pay the ultimate price of having a voided warranty. Nonetheless, I figured the 9500ix seemed like a good ideal. Sent laptop 10/20/08. First week they denied they had it. Last several weeks have simply told me they "have no status". Turns out the reason they can't provide status is that they resend your equipment to an unknown third-party partner of theirs in a round-robin fashion (see their website partners section for an idea of the limited requirements to become a partner). I have a 7 month old Blackberry Curve. The charging port quit working. A couple of the pins inside broke, under normal and gentle use. Blackberry and it's providers are refusing to treat this as under warrenty. They claim that it is user abuse or some such thing. They tell this to providers also, like ATT. I ordered Sky TV as a new service over two weeks ago. Spectrum, the installer was supposed to come today (July 21, 2007). Lo and behold, Sky never sent the viewing card ahead of time, so the appointment with Spectrum's engineer was canceled when Spectrum called to firm up the installation. I booked 1st Rate Digital Services to move an internet & BT line, fit a large TV bracket to the wall and attach the TV hide wires, and tune home cinema. Work they assured me they were very experienced at.
