I just noticed on my bank account today that there has been an unauthorized debit from my bank account in the sum of $14.99 from a company called TLG Customer Homeowner. I have looked them up on the web and there are pages and pages of complaints about them. Like many others I siged up for the 15 day free trial for the Acai berry and life cleanse but unfortunately didn't read the small print but by the time they dispatched a further supply that I couldn't understand why I had received, they had already deducted money from my account of 76.86 x 2 and then again 15.76 x 2 using two different names (dermasolutions and Youthhealth). I ordered my ink cartridges in September and received an email saying my order was processed and had been sent out via Royal Mail post. My money has been taken, however the goods still not received. I ordered a boxed set of dvd's that was supposed to contain 3 volumes with 113 episodes. I got 1 volume with 11 episodes. After 3 hrs. of back and forth e-mails I was told I had a complete set. My only options were to PAY to ship them back for a refund. I too was scammed. I ordered the free trial and payed the $4.95 for the shipping and then a few weeks later was charged $87.65. I called and they said they will not refund the money and hung up on me. Make sure you cancel Fit Factory as well or that will be an additional charge on your credit card for $19.95, I found that out when I was calling about the other money. Their number is 866-407-1022.
