The website advertised excellent video and audio quality on the series. This is not the case! Ultimately, I was sent 3 copies of this series, supposedly by different suppliers in China. All 3 had poor video quality. There were mislabeled duplicate shows, and the quality on a number of them was terrible. Some skipped, stopped, or wouldn't play at all. The 300 bus did not turn up at 3.15 pm. My mother (86) and myself stood from 3.00 pm until 3.50 pm until one came. The driver said it was the road works on the Erskine Bridge but this is nonsense. Another old lady has been at the stop from 2.05 pm and no buses came at 2.15 pm or 3.15 pm. It doesn't take one and a half hours to come from Paisley.
