I paid half down back in February of what they were charging to work on a loan modification for my home. I constantly had to call to find out what was going on only to be lied to by Craig and be given the run around. Then in May, I found that my credit card had been charged the other half of the amount BUT they haven't done anything yet!!! I hadn't heard from them or from the bank. I have just received an unauthorized charge from Timeshare Network. I have never spoken to these people. I called and it goes to voicemail. So I googled them and it turns out that they may be related to the Resorts International company that scammed me in November 2007. In 2007 Robert Jones took my credit card info and a "lifetime fee" and did not hear from them again. I have called several times over the past two years and have spoken with Melissa, Todd, Sean and Ricardo who said they were waiting for the European market. Unbelieveable -- the UPS tracking website showed my package out for delivery at 8:00 am 7/10/09. The delivery showed on time unti 1:19 pm when it showed an exception and that "recipient rescheduled delivery for 7/13/09". I was taking a survey and was offered the Slimlife product for only shipping and handling charges of $4.95. When I received my bank statement it was charged $45.85. I have several times to call them; only to find out that the waiting time is over 76 minutes each time. I bought the program yesterday for $2.87. It said I would recieve an Email with my login info. I did recieve an Email but it was blank. I called the # it gave me and they hung up on me. I too fell into the Fox News credibility and read the teeth whitening testimonial. I read the offers and checked the box that clearly indicated that I only wanted the sample, not to join the membership. This was not clearly identified as skipping the pay up front part and really just meant that you joined but wouldn't be charged for 14 days.
