This was an order on the internet advertised the product was free. as long as shipping of 3.95 was paid. My credit card was charged 3.95 on 12/16/08. this is the date it was ordered. The product arrived on Jan. 1 2009, along with my credit card statement, with an added charge of 87.13. I called my credit card co and reported this. They said they would take care of this unauthorized charge. They have since debited my credit card for another charge of 87.13. The original product has been sent back to the company. Ordered two of these Snuggie blankets and two booklights. After a month, received the blankets but no booklights and nothing in the package: no invoice or other explanation of where the lights are or why I didn't recieve them. No way to get a person on the phone. They do not provide an email address for correspondence. Wonder why not? These blankets aren't worth the $$ -- I thought the booklights would make an acceptable deal, even if they are worth just a few dollars. I had reservations about ordering anything from this outfit. I have purchased 4 appliances from Sears for my kitchen. Every one of them has required service. During the warrenty period I called for service and was transferred from one incompetent and nasty customer service person to another. I spent no less then 2 hours on each phone call session. My dishwasher was having problems from the beginning (while under warranty) and a service man was called. He gave us advice on how to "fix" the lack of clean dishes (add a solution every 3 months for at least 2-3 cycles). After just two of these... read full review »

My husband and I changed our satellite service from Dish to Directv when a young man from Linx Satellite Inc came to our house. We were told they needed our credit card number to check to make sure we had not been Directv customers before. We were told no charges would be put on our credit card. Just to be sure, I checked my credit card charges on line in August and found no charges. When I received my September bill, I found a charge for $79.99. I called Linx Satellite Inc and was told it was an activation charge. We had never been told there would be such a charge and did not give permission for the company to put the charge on our credit card. read full review »

I signed up for a Tribute Gold Master Card in response to an ad that came in the mail claiming that it would fix my credit score, and I was virtually pre-approved. I was approved, and my Tribute Card came in the mail shortly thereafter. Ordered free sample on line-next credit card billing had (4) different charges. (1) in the amount of $83.95 a second(2) in the amount of $83.95 a third(3) in the amount of $79.28 and finally a fourth (4) in the amount of $87.62. These charges are not valid. I have contacted the credit card company to deny purchases. I have tried to contact the phone numbers listed on the billing and can only reach them during the work week which now means I need to use personal time to call all (4) numbers to cancel any further charges. read full review »

On 11/24/09 after comming home from work, I was checking to see in my check had cleared online deposit. Much to my surprise I found a charge from TQG online business of 99.00 applied to my statement. I've never heard of this company and wondr who they are and why they are charging me anything. I've looked into this and have seen others have recieved this sudden news as well. I opened a remittance account with State Bank of India ACH Remittance online. Thank God! I was able to successfully complete one remittance transaction. The same thing happened to me with a simalar product. I email them and told them that they were using false advertising. I asked for my money back and they sent it back under my paypal account. So if you ordered it under paypal check that account they may have refunded it in that account. I hope this info helps. read full review »

Watch out for the small print!!! I took the free trial products as recommended for healthy weight loss - and did not see I had to cancel the account before 15 days elapsed. I was charged £76 for a fourteen day supply of each tablet! To request a refund I have to e-mail them with details so it seems likely I will not get my money back! read full review »

I saw the email promising weight loss I put my card details in and thought every thing was sorted. I then received my credit card statement which stated that the company had taken the p&p (product was apparently free). I then checked my emails only to discover that my purchase was not complete and I had to submit all my details again. 6 months ago we purchased a $185K RV that had 10K miles on it and it has never worked well! It has some sort of electrical short inside - we have had the coach fill with Sulfer from the bad batteries - (which they replaced TWICE)-we have been miserable camping in AZ when the A/C failed to work, we have had the radio randomly go on, the frig running on LP - but alarm showing low curent -- it is a disaster. This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. We had a group of 7 (4 moderately hungry kids, 3 adults) and ordered easy, simple food (grilled cheeses and cheeseburgers). The first time our meals arrived, 1.25 hours after we ordered, they had to be sent back because they were cold to the touch (and, btw, that was only 2 of the 3 adult meals). Ordered two pairs of boots, never received, have emailed and called with no reply on several occasions. Can call the owner at home - especially handy as i start work at 6am and it keeps me busy in the car - and ghe keps saying they were sent, will be refunded and nothing happens. This man is despicable and there are hundreds of other complaints like this online.
